Thank you for considering Technical Security Integration, Inc. for your Security and Low-voltage needs. At TSI, Inc., we are aggressive when it comes to customer satisfaction. It is our commitment to have every customer satisfied every time. We achieve this by starting right and finishing right. We are disciplined in our designs, installations and service. We promote only the highest quality products that have been proven in actual installations. We believe in being close to our customers for better support.

No matter how large or small a security system, it requires proper design. In many installations, the same equipment is used but in different ways. We believe our customers provide us the information to design their systems specific to their needs. We allow them to communicate their needs and concerns to us in order to build a system that they can rely on and use. We also provide suggestions based on our years of experience in order to help the customer receive the best system within their budget.

You can always expect a proper and clean installation from knowledgeable and courteous TSI, Inc. technicians. Our technicians are educated and licensed to perform their duties. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have during the installation process. Our sales staff monitors every installation to insure that the customer receives everything as discussed. The customers also receive a report card after every installation so we may be graded on every aspect of our business. We believe customer feed back is the best advice for improving our business.

At TSI, Inc., we believe a customer is a customer for life. Therefore, service after the sale is just as important to us as making the sale. All of our installations are guaranteed for one year on both parts and labor. We also provide the customer with the option of a service contract or call-as-needed basis after the warranty period expires. In any case, you will always be greeted with a smile from one of our qualified service technicians. His goal is to solve the problem on the first visit.

We will not sell a product that we do not believe in even if it means losing a sale. Why? We cannot satisfy our customers 100% of the time if our products are not reliable. This does not mean that failures will not occur. However, it does mean that the equipment and components we sell are not first generation products and have proven track records for reliability and ease of use.

Our customers are important to us. And we genuinely enjoy the relationships we have with them. Therefore, you can expect to see Technical Security Integration, Inc. opening offices in strategic areas throughout the west coast in order to remain close to our customers. We currently have offices in Washington and Southern California. We expect to open new offices in Oregon and Northern California later this year.
